Memberships and packages

Three membership types: standard, for its duration, with unlimited access to its services; per visit, which counts check-ins; and per booking, which counts bookings. Each membership has a duration in days, weeks, months or years, its own services, price and VAT, a usage limit per period (for example 3 a week) and a daily limit. Packages bundle several memberships at one price.

Orders

Every sale is an order: who gets the membership, who pays if it is someone else, when each item starts, the final price or a coupon, and instalments. For a renewal, copy one of the member's previous orders.

Instalments and debts

Split an order into instalments with the amounts and dates you agreed, and accept partial payments. The debts list in the cash desk shows what is pending, what is overdue and by how many days. Every night, overdue instalments automatically suspend the order's memberships, and the suspension lifts as soon as they are paid.

Cash desk

What came in today and this month, what is pending and what is overdue. Transactions for any period are split by payment method (cash, card, bank transfer, online card), with refunds netted out. Every payment prints a PDF receipt or emails it to the member.

Online card paymentsComing soon

Connect your Stripe account from inside Trainior in a few minutes. Members buy the packages you mark as available online, pay by card, and the membership activates as soon as the payment is confirmed. The money goes to your own Stripe account.

Receipts and myDATA

Issue service receipts (11.2), membership collection receipts and, for associations, non-profit receipts. Refunds issue a credit note (11.4). With your tax-authority credentials, VAT and E3 income classification in place, every payment is sent to myDATA automatically, or by hand when you prefer.

Promotions

Create campaigns with a coupon code, a percentage or fixed discount, start and end dates, and the memberships or packages they apply to. Your team applies the coupon to an order after Trainior checks the member is eligible.

Frequently asked questions

Are 10-session packs supported?

Yes, as a per-visit or per-booking membership with a usage limit for the membership's period. The same tool covers limits such as "3 times a week".

Do member memberships renew automatically?

No, a renewal is a new order, copied from the previous one in one click. The expiry-reminder automation tells the member before their membership ends, so the renewal happens in time.

How does the myDATA connection work?

Enter your tax-authority credentials, VAT and income classification in the receipt settings. From then on every payment is sent automatically, or with one button if you prefer to check first.

Where does the money from online payments go?

To your own Stripe account, which you connect from inside Trainior. Stripe handles payouts to your bank.
