Trainior AI

The assistant that writes plans with you.

Ask in your own words for a workout or a nutrition day, and the AI builds it on the screen you have open: with exercises from your library, foods from the database and portions a person would actually eat. You see what changes and you decide.

How it works

Ask, review, confirm

  1. 1

    Ask

In AI mode, the right-hand column becomes a chat that knows which screen you are on and what is on it. Type what you want, or tap a ready suggestion such as "No dairy" or "Make it for a beginner".

  2. 2

    Review

The proposal is drawn on the page itself: what is added, what is removed and what changes, with a short explanation in the chat. Nothing is saved yet.

  3. 3

    Confirm

Confirm saves the change, just as if you had made it yourself. If you don't like it, reject it, or undo it afterwards.

Workouts

A whole workout, in seconds

Describe the goal, the length and the level, and the AI builds the workout in sections, with exercises from your library, sets, reps and rest. Ask for changes the same way: shorter, no jumps, a superset at the end.

  • Exercises from the Trainior library and your own
  • Sections, sets, reps and rest, ready to edit
  • Works on templates, class workouts and every client's plan
Nutrition

A nutrition day that hits its target

Ask for calories, macros and restrictions, and the AI puts the meals together with foods from the database and portions a person would eat, so the day reaches its target. Change anything with a sentence: "raise the protein", "no dairy in the evening".

  • Meals with real foods and realistic portions
  • Calories and macros against the day's target
  • On templates and every client's nutrition plan
For your clients

They photograph the plate, they get the numbers

In the app, your clients photograph their meal and get an estimate of the foods, portions, calories and macros, with grams they can correct where the estimate missed. For every meal of the plan, or the plate they photographed, they also get a recipe with prep time, ingredients and steps.

  • Calorie and macro estimates from a photo
  • Editable grams, and a flag where the estimate is uncertain
  • Recipes for the meals of the plan

Help

One question, and you know how

The Help assistant answers how to do anything in Trainior, from setting up a membership to switching on myDATA, right inside the app. It is included in every plan.

  • Step-by-step answers, with a button that takes you to the right screen
  • While you work, with no manuals to search
  • In every plan, without the AI add-on

The AI suggests. You decide.

Nothing without Confirm

No change is saved unless you confirm it, and every change can be undone.

You see what changes

Every proposal is drawn on the page, line by line, before you decide.

Only what it needs

It does not use your clients' questionnaires or medical details.

From your own data

Exercises from the library and foods from the database, not made up.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI save changes on its own?

No. The AI suggests, and the proposal shows on the page. It is saved only when you press Confirm, and you can undo it afterwards.

What does the AI see?

The screen you have open, meaning the workout or nutrition day you are working on, including anything you haven't saved yet. It does not use questionnaires or medical details.

Does it build a whole multi-week plan?

Today the AI builds or changes one workout or one nutrition day at a time, inside the plan you are working on. That keeps every proposal small enough to check.

Is it always right?

The AI makes suggestions and, like any assistant, it can be wrong. That is why nothing goes through without your review, and every proposal is shown in detail before you confirm.

What happens to clients' photos?

Before the first photo, the client sees what will happen and gives consent; otherwise nothing is sent. The photo is sent for analysis to the AI provider we use, and Trainior stores neither the photo nor the result. The estimate is a guide, not medical or dietary advice.

Which plan is it on?

AI is an add-on to Complete, at €18 a month (or €180 a year) plus VAT, and it is included in the free trial.
